**Buyer:** the registered Lativa user who completes payment. Name, surname, email, phone, and billing address are linked to the buyer account.

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the following digital products / services and the respective rights and obligations of the parties:

• **Ticket:** digital entry proof for an event, verified by QR code.

• **Class Subscription:** monthly subscription granting attendance to a school's weekly class schedule.

• **Festival Ticket:** multi-day event participation right.

The product/service name, content, event date/time, organizer (if any), and total price are displayed to the Buyer before payment.

The total price includes any bank commission collected via Iyzico. VAT is included in the listed price.

The total is shown before the Buyer confirms payment.

Payment is processed via **Iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.**, a Turkish payment service provider, using the Buyer's declared bank or credit card.

The Seller acts as the Merchant of Record under Iyzico's framework, collecting the payment and providing the ticket/subscription service.

Card details are never transmitted to the Seller; they are processed and stored by Iyzico in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

For confirmed payments, the Seller issues an e-Invoice or e-Archive Invoice per Turkish tax law and sends it to the Buyer's registered email.

Tickets and class subscriptions are digital products. Delivery occurs **instantly** upon payment confirmation in the "My Tickets" screen and via the registered email.

The QR code is viewable offline in the app.

If delivery fails for technical reasons, the Seller refunds within 1 business day and notifies the Buyer.

Per Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services scheduled for a specific date or period (event tickets, course terms) are **exempt** from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Article 15/ğ also exempts digital content delivered instantly upon electronic consent at purchase.

The Seller voluntarily grants refund windows as described in "Delivery and Refund Terms"; this does not create a legal obligation.

Refund rules are detailed in "Delivery and Refund Terms" and are an integral part of this Agreement.

If the Seller or organizer cancels the event, the full amount is refunded within 14 business days.

Buyer-initiated refunds, when approved, are initiated within 3 business days; the bank settlement period may be 3-14 business days.

The Buyer declares that all personal and payment information is accurate.

The Buyer may not commercially profit from the ticket/subscription (e.g. scalping); the Seller reserves the right to invalidate such tickets.

Venue-specific rules (age, dress code, ID checks) are set by the organizer and shown at purchase.

The Seller processes personal data per the "Privacy Policy".

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Up to the monetary threshold set annually by the Ministry of Trade, disputes may be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees; above that threshold, to [Istanbul] Consumer Courts.

The Agreement enters into force on the date of the Buyer's electronic consent.
